Fruit – Vegetable – Tropical Fruits
It is a coincidence seedling that was discovered in 1778 by M. Longueval in Avranches, France.
It is small to medium sized and yellowish-green with a half puce washed-out opaque colour. The flesh is juicy and melts in the mouth with typical flavour for a pear. Well developed fruits have a strong taste and are well suited to desiccation.
They have a fine aroma.
From the end of August until the middle of September.
