Cross breeding of Kidd’s Orange and Golden Delicious. Breeder: H. J. Kidd, Greytown, New Zealand. Since 1960 in reproduction.
Small to medium sized shape, skin yellow with bright red marbled opaque colour, proportion and intensity depending in the type, firm, hardly-fleshy, juicy pulp.
Very sweet and fruity, mildly, finely aromatically and juicy.
From the beginning of Septembers to at the beginning of Octobers.
In cold storage to at the end of Decembers, in CA storage until the end of May.
