Fruit – Vegetable – Tropical Fruits

Cashew nuts come from the Tropics.
Most of the cashew nuts we receive come from India, Brazil, Indonesia and Argentina.
Fruits from the cashew tree bear the kidney-shaped nuts on the tip of each swollen fruit and are originally surrounded with a firm, leathery skin. The nuts have to be heated up twice to break the cores.
It is especially fine and mild with a light sweetish taste.
