Large or medium-large fruit with dull and mostly russetting on the skin, flesh medium firm and mellowing.

Fruity-sourish, refreshing, spicily.

Pick-ripely from the end of September to the middle of October.

Storage

In cold storage until end of January, in CA storage up to the end of April.

Popular table and cook apple, as well as valuable cider apple.
